Inara provides youth care that is intercultural, people-focused, and holistic, supporting young people and families with a migration background. The question is how to translate such a broad, human-centered service into a digital experience that builds trust and communicates clearly.
The goal was clear. Create a website that feels approachable for care professionals, parents, and young people alike. It needed to be accessible, well structured, and free from clutter, while also supporting efficient communication and gathering valuable client insights. All of this without ever feeling cold or distant.

Approach
Our solution focused on simplicity, warmth, and inclusivity. We combined inviting visuals, intuitive navigation, and multilingual support. Interactive features such as an AI Chat Assistant and dynamic forms ensure that every visitor feels welcome, understood, and supported in their own way.
The name Inara means “light” or “illumination” in Arabic. A fitting metaphor for what the organization aspires to be, a source of hope and a fresh start for young people and families.
The logo reflects this spirit. It is shaped as a blooming flower, symbolizing growth, resilience, and optimism. Look closer and you will see human figures in the design, representing young people flourishing and supported by their guides.
The upward movement expresses a journey of healing and development. The overall shape evokes a phoenix rising, a symbol of transformation after hardship. That is the essence of Inara, helping young people rediscover themselves, grow, and fully participate in society again.
Solution
We designed a digital environment that radiates calm, clarity, and humanity. The structure is simple, the colors are warm, and the navigation is effortless. Information is organized around different audiences so that every visitor can quickly find what is relevant to them.
To improve aftercare, we developed a custom feedback tool that allows Inara to gather insights into client satisfaction and care needs, fully integrated with their internal processes.
We also implemented a smart AI Chat Assistant that can instantly answer questions in multiple languages. This ensures that parents or young people from diverse backgrounds feel understood and supported, with a smooth transition to Inara staff whenever needed.
